In our mission of Pleasing People, we believe if you’re not serving a guest you should be serving someone who is.
As a Server Assistant, you’ll deliver on Cracker Barrel’s commitment to hospitality by taking our homestyle favorites from grill to guest while ensuring quality and accuracy.
You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are correct before adding the final details like condiments and garnishes. You will carefully deliver meals to guests and double-check that they have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
At Cracker Barrel, we work together to make sure each shift goes by seamlessly. Along with supporting the Servers, you will also complete side work to ensure the back-of-house is tidy and stocked up for the next shift.
